The CAPITOLE® Press-fit Double Mobility acetabular cup is a 2 in 1 system.
The design is a peri-press fit profiling at the cup’s pole and ‘tightening’ down at its equator.

Used as such the CAPITOLE® is a Primary cup.

However its unique construction design allows for optional flanges or hooks to be slotted into the metal shell transforming the cup.

Used as such the CAPITOLE® is a Revison cup.

Cup intergration and long term stability is greatly enhanced through its dual porous ti/HA coating increasing both bone ongrowth and ingrowth.

Cemented version
The CAPITOLE® acetabular cup also exists in a cemented version. Four sizes available. (see brochure)

Inlays: PE or now new ceramic-ceramic Sandwich bearing.
